Yield : 40 hl/Ha.
Soil type : Ancient high terraces in the Upper Taurou Valley
Crop system : Ground tilled, compost added; planned disease and pest management. Harvested when fully ripe.
Vinification : Vinification by grape variety and selected vineyard. Completely destemmed. Long, temperature-controlled maceration.
Cellar work : In vats.

vintages 2000 :
Color sinks; fruity nose, scrubland. Flexible and fruity of the palate with a good structure.
Potential of guard: to drinking, 3 to 5 years.
Delicious with grilled meats flavoured with wild herbs.

Beautiful intense, fruity and spiced color. Fruit and spices of the palate, tannins present but flexible. Potential of guard: to drinking, 3 to 5 years.
Delicious with white and red meats.
