Grape varieties : Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre.
Yield : 40 hl/Ha.
Soil type : Schistose hillside
Crop system : Ground tilled, compost added; planned disease and pest management; leaves trimmed and grapes thinned. Harvested selected vineyards when fully ripe.
Vinification : Vinified by grape variety from selected vineyards. Completely destemmed.
Long, temperature-controlled maceration.
Cellar work : One year in tanks

vintages 2000 :
Fruity, spicy bouquet with aromas from the garrigue.
A flavour of well-ripened fruit on the palate, a supple, elegant structure, the oak well-integrated; long on the finish.
Goes well with red and white meats.

Very dark dress, fruity and smoked nose. Roundness, fruit and a pleasant length of the palate.
Potential of guard: 3 to 5 years.
To taste with the white meats and the red meats.

Dark dress, spiced and fruity nose. Fruity in mouth, with pretty tannins and a fresh final. Potential of guard: 3 to 5 years.
