Château Moulin de Ciffre produces three AOC wines: Faugères, Saint-Chinian, Coteaux du Languedoc,
and several local wines, Vins de Pays: Vins de Pays des Coteaux de Murviel and Vins de Pays d'Oc.
In Autignac near Béziers, Moulin de Ciffre is part of a superb wine-growing area.

The Moulin de Ciffre Estate
today covers 75 acres of vineyard in three AOC appellations: Faugères, Saint-Chinian and Coteaux du Languedoc. It also makes several Vins de Pays: Vins de Pays des Coteaux de Murviel and Vins de Pays d'Oc.

In the municipalities of Autignac and Murviel les Béziers, the vineyards have a most unusual soil combination and climate. The local, traditional and recommended grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Carignan grow side-by-side with Cabernet-Sauvignon and Viognier. They are all held to low yields, essential for top quality wines.
