Grape Varieties : Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre.
Yield : 40 hl/Ha.
Soil type : A hillside area where the soil changes from schist to chalky clay.
Crop System : Ground tilled, compost added; planned disease and pest management.
Vinification : Bled rosé, temperature-controlled fermentation.
Cellar work : In tanks.

A crystal rather clear colour; a delicate flowery bouquet with the fruit.
Fat and sharp, with a full end of the palate.
Ideal in accompaniment of meal, Delicious with all dishes, especially Mediterranean cuisine.
