Viticulture - Planned treatments - Traceability The Moulin de Ciffre vines are pruned in the traditional way: goblet pruned for the old Cinsault and Grenache, and trellised and tied up for more recent plantings.
The main soil treatment consists of ploughing and composting, the latter being slowly decomposed by the micro-organisms in the soil, thus feeding the vines a very limited but regular way.
